Quotes & ordering
How fast can I get a quote?
Upload an STL to our instant quote tool for an immediate estimate with automatic geometry analysis. A firm, engineer-reviewed quote — with free DFM feedback — follows within 24 hours.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We produce anything from a single prototype to full production runs of 100,000+ parts. Pricing scales down with quantity.
How do I place an order?
Upload your CAD for a quote, choose material, finish, quantity and lead time, then approve. We begin manufacturing and ship — no account required to get started.
Do you provide design-for-manufacturability feedback?
Yes — a free DFM review comes with every quote, flagging thin walls, deep pockets, stress risers and tool-access issues before we cut.
Can I order a first article before committing?
Yes. We routinely run a paid first article with a full inspection report (FAIR) so you can validate the part and process before a production order.
Files & design
What file formats do you accept?
STEP, STP, IGES/IGS, SLDPRT, X_T/X_B, OBJ, 3MF, DWG, DXF, PDF and ZIP, up to 50 MB. STL files get an instant 3D preview and auto-measurement; other formats are reviewed by our engineers.
What if I only have a 2D drawing?
That's fine — send a PDF, DWG or DXF drawing and our engineers will review it and quote. A 3D model plus a 2D drawing of the controlled dimensions is ideal.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request before you share anything sensitive. Your files are used only for quoting and production.
How should I dimension my drawing?
State a general-tolerance block (e.g. ISO 2768-m) and tighten only the features that mate or seal. See our reference charts and design tips.
Manufacturing & capabilities
What manufacturing processes do you offer?
CNC machining (3/4/5-axis milling and turning), metal casting, forging, sheet metal & stamping, plastic injection molding, surface treatment, precision gears, custom fasteners and additive manufacturing — see capabilities.
What tolerances can you hold?
Parts default to ISO 2768 general tolerances. Critical features are held to ±0.005 mm and CMM-verified. See the tolerance chart.
What is your maximum part size?
Roughly 800 × 600 × 500 mm for milling and Ø300 × 500 mm for turning, depending on material and process. Larger parts are possible — ask our team.
What production volumes do you handle?
From one-off prototypes to mid- and high-volume production of 100,000+ parts, with the process matched to your volume and cost target.
What are your typical lead times?
Prototypes in about 5–10 business days, small batches in 2–3 weeks. Expedited service is available — confirmed with your quote.
Materials & finishes
What materials can you machine?
Aluminium, stainless, carbon, alloy and tool steels, titanium, brass and copper, plus engineering plastics including ABS, nylon, POM, polycarbonate and PEEK. Browse materials for properties.
Can you source specialty or exotic alloys?
Yes. Beyond our stocked range we source specialty alloys and custom formulations — tell us your requirement.
What surface finishes are available?
As-machined, bead blasting, anodising (clear, hard, colour), black oxide, electroless nickel, zinc and chrome plating, passivation, powder coating and polishing, among others.
Do you provide material certificates?
Yes — full material certification is provided on every order, with heat-lot traceability where required.
Quality & documentation
What quality certifications do you hold?
Our processes run to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100D and ISO 13485 quality systems — see quality.
What quality documentation can you supply?
Material certificates, First Article Inspection reports (AS9102), PPAP packages, CMM dimensional reports, NDT results and certificates of conformance — on request.
Is every part inspected?
Yes — incoming material verification, in-process dimensional checks, first-article inspection and final inspection, with CMM verification on critical features.
Do you provide full traceability?
Yes. We maintain material and heat-lot traceability so every part can be tied back to its raw stock and process.
Shipping & confidentiality
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we deliver to 40+ countries, with DDP shipping available so duties and customs are handled for you.
How are parts packaged and protected?
Parts are inspected, documented and packaged appropriately for safe international transit; sensitive designs stay confidential throughout.
Is my design kept confidential?
Yes. Files are used only for quoting and production, never shared, and we sign an NDA on request before you send anything sensitive.
